Jotrove 用于记录与整理用户自己添加的内容。本政策说明 App 的主要数据处理方式。
记录与设备存储
你添加的文字、日期、列表、标签以及选择添加的图片、文件或录音等内容保存在设备上。App 也会保存使用偏好和运行所需的设置。你可以在 App 中编辑、删除和管理自己的记录。
iCloud 同步
当 iCloud 同步开启且 Apple 账户可用时，Jotrove 使用 Apple CloudKit 的私人数据库在你的设备之间同步记录。你可以在 App 设置中查看和关闭同步。同步可能存在延迟；关闭同步不会自动删除此前已同步到 iCloud 的内容。Apple 对其服务处理的数据另有隐私政策。
你主动使用的功能
添加照片、拍摄、录音或语音输入时，App 会按所用功能请求照片、相机、麦克风或语音识别权限。拒绝相应权限不会阻止基础文字记录。语音识别可能由设备或 Apple 的服务处理，取决于系统能力和设置。
当你保存的记录包含网页链接并使用链接预览时，App 会访问相应网站以读取页面标题、缩略图或图标。该网站可能收到完成请求所必需的网络信息。打开链接会交由 Safari 处理。

Privacy Policy in English
Effective November 3, 2026
Jotrove helps you capture and organize content you choose to add. Your text, dates, lists, tags, and selected photos, files, or audio are stored on your device, along with preferences needed to run the app. You can edit and manage your records in the app.
When iCloud sync is enabled and your Apple account is available, Jotrove syncs records through your private Apple CloudKit database. You can manage sync in Settings. Sync may take time. Turning sync off does not automatically remove content previously synced to iCloud. Apple's own privacy terms apply to its services.
Features you choose to use may request access to Photos, Camera, Microphone, or Speech Recognition. Speech recognition may be processed on your device or by Apple services, depending on system capabilities and settings. Link previews request information from the linked website; that site may receive network information needed to serve the request. Links open in Safari.
